These terms govern your use of Machtempo (the “Service”), operated by Diop Digital LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

Machtempo provides scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, online booking, and customer-communication tools for cleaning and service businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for obtaining consent before contacting your own customers.

SMS notification program

Program: Machtempo SMS Notifications. Description: account-, appointment-, and service-related text messages — confirmations, reminders, on-the-way and completion notices, invoices/estimates, and replies to support questions. These are transactional and conversational messages, not marketing.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and appointments.
Message and data rates may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase of any service.

For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@machtempo.com. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
