Machtempo (the “Service”), operated by Diop Digital LLC (“we”, “us”), provides software for cleaning and service businesses to manage scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account information (name, business name, email, password), customer and job records you enter, contact details including mobile phone numbers, and usage data needed to operate the Service.

How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, schedule and dispatch work, send account- and service-related notifications (including email and SMS), process payments, and provide support.

SMS / text messaging

With your consent, we send account-, appointment-, and service-related text messages (such as confirmations, reminders, on-the-way and completion notices, and invoices). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared for marketing under any circumstances.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. payment and messaging providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We never sell your data, and we never share mobile/SMS information for marketing.

Your choices

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
